CONTRACT NOTICE
 

IPA Stratejik Danışmanlık A.Ş. (IPA), acting as Lead Partner of the GREENCITIES Project (BSB00460) financed under the Interreg (VI-B) NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme, will procure Environmental and Social Monitoring and Training Services for the monitoring and evaluation phase of the project’s urban green space investments at Ayamama Life Valley in Istanbul, Türkiye. The services will cover biodiversity monitoring through periodic field observations and reporting of flora and fauna dynamics; social impact monitoring through surveys and interviews with local communities to assess the effects of the green space investment; preparation, design and printing of a bilingual monitoring report and park guide as a replication tool for municipalities; organisation of biodiversity training tours for children including expert-guided field sessions and educational materials; and delivery of environmental training sessions for different target groups with tailored content and supporting materials.
All expenditures will be carried out in line with project objectives, ensuring transparency, cost efficiency and full compliance with EU visibility and communication requirements.
The project is financed by the EU INTERREG NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme.

HİZMET ALIMI DUYURUSU

İPA Stratejik Danışmanlık A.Ş. (IPA), Interreg (VI-B) NEXT Karadeniz Havzası Programı kapsamında finanse edilen GREENCITIES (BSB00460) Projesinin Lider Ortağı olarak, İstanbul Ayamama Yaşam Vadisi’nde gerçekleştirilen kentsel yeşil alan yatırımının izleme ve değerlendirme aşamasına yönelik Çevresel ve Sosyal İzleme ile Eğitim Hizmetleri alımı gerçekleştirecektir.
Hizmetler; flora ve fauna dinamiklerinin izlenmesine yönelik 4 adet periyodik saha çalışmaları ve raporlama faaliyetlerini, yeşil alan yatırımının toplumsal etkilerini değerlendirmek amacıyla anket ve görüşmelerle yürütülecek sosyal etki analizini, proje uygulama süreci ve izleme sonuçlarını içeren iki dilli izleme raporu ve park rehberinin hazırlanması, tasarımı ve basımını, çocuklara yönelik uzman rehberli biyoçeşitlilik eğitim gezilerinin ve eğitim materyallerinin sağlanmasını ve farklı hedef gruplara yönelik içerikleri uyarlanmış çevre eğitimlerinin gerçekleştirilmesini kapsamaktadır.
Tüm harcamalar proje hedefleri doğrultusunda, şeffaflık, maliyet etkinliği ve AB görünürlük ile iletişim gerekliliklerine tam uyum içinde gerçekleştirilecektir.
 Proje AB INTERREG NEXT Karadeniz Havzası Programı tarafından finanse edilmektedir.
