CONTRACT NOTICE

IPA Strategic Consultancy Joint Stock Organization will procure organisation and consultancy services within the scope of the BSB01238 HERO Project in order to ensure the effective execution of project activities. Under this contract, the contractor shall provide, the organisation component; services covering capacity building trainings, an environmental awareness and coastal clean-up event, organisation of the ArtReef Festival, organisation of the Steering Committee meeting, a press conference to be held following the meeting, full organisation of a two-day international conference, and accommodation and local transportation services for conference participants; and under the consultancy component, advisory services relating to project management, coordination and reporting processes to support the effective, integrated and legally compliant implementation of project activities. The Integrated Organisation service covers logistics, coordination, venue and technical equipment provision, fulfilment of visibility requirements, preparation of printed and digital materials, registration and reception processes, and media and documentation activities; the Project Consultancy service covers activities relating to monitoring of implementation processes, risk assessment, review of project documents, support to coordination mechanisms and strengthening of reporting processes. The project is financed by the EU INTERREG NEXT BLACK SEA BASIN PROGRAMME. (In accordance with the relevant Technical Specifications.)

HİZMET ALIMI DUYURUSU

İPA Stratejik Danışmanlık AŞ, BSB01238 HERO projesi kapsamında; proje faaliyetlerinin etkin şekilde yürütülmesi amacıyla organizasyon ve danışmanlık hizmet alımı yapacaktır. Bu kapsamda yüklenici; organizasyon başlığı altında Kapasite Geliştirme eğitimleri, Çevresel farkındalık ve kıyı temizliği etkinliği, ArtReef Festivali organizasonu, Yürütme Komitesi toplantısı organizasyonu, toplantı sonrası gerçekleştirilecek basın toplantısı, iki gün sürecek uluslararası konferansın tam organizasyonu ile konferans katılımcılarının konaklama ve şehir içi ulaşım hizmetlerini kapsayan hizmetleri; danışmanlık kapsamında; proje faaliyetlerinin etkin, bütüncül ve ilgili mevzuata uygun şekilde yürütülmesini desteklemek üzere proje yönetimi, koordinasyon ve raporlama süreçlerine ilişkin danışmanlık hizmetleri sunacaktır. Bütüncül Organizasyon hizmeti, lojistik, koordinasyon, salon ve teknik ekipman temini, görünürlük gerekliliklerinin yerine getirilmesi, basılı/dijital materyallerin hazırlanması, kayıt-karşılama süreçleri, medya ve dokümantasyon faaliyetlerini, proje danışmanlığı hizmeti; uygulama süreçlerinin izlenmesi, risklerin değerlendirilmesi, proje evraklarının gözden geçirilmesi, koordinasyon mekanizmalarının desteklenmesi ve raporlama süreçlerinin güçlendirilmesine yönelik faaliyetleri kapsar. Proje, AB INTERREG NEXT KARADENİZ HAVZASI PROGRAMI tarafından finanse edilmektedir.”(İlgili teknik Şartnameye uygun olarak);
