IPA will procure services for the integrated implementation of communication, digital platform and visibility components to ensure the effective dissemination and public visibility of activities and results under the BSB01238 HERO Project. Under this contract, the contractor shall deliver the development, operation and maintenance of the project website and Digital Map, the development of iOS and Android mobile applications and the management of official project social media accounts. The scope of services further includes radio and television broadcast organisation, the production of project-related videos, photographs and visual materials, the preparation and dissemination of digital bulletins and the translation of the Project Dissemination Plan and Key Project Outputs. The service procurement covers integrated digital communication and dissemination activities, technical development and maintenance of online platforms, compliance with EU INTERREG NEXT Programme visibility, accessibility and data protection requirements, content production and management, media coordination, and documentation of project activities and results. The project is financed by the EU INTERREG NEXT BLACK SEA BASIN PROGRAMME.

İPA, BSB01238 HERO Projesi kapsamında; proje faaliyetleri ve sonuçlarının etkin biçimde duyurulması ve görünürlüğünün sağlanması amacıyla iletişim, dijital platformlar ve görünürlük bileşenlerinin bütüncül olarak uygulanmasına yönelik hizmet alımı yapacaktır. Bu kapsamda yüklenici; proje internet sitesinin ve dijital haritanın geliştirilmesi, bakımı ve güncellenmesi, iOS ve Android tabanlı mobil uygulamanın geliştirilmesi, resmi proje sosyal medya hesaplarının yönetimi gerçekleştirilecektir. Bunlara ek olarak sözleşme kapsamında ayrıca, radyo ve televizyon yayınlarının organizasyonu, projeye ilişkin video, fotoğraf ve görsel içerik üretimi, dijital bültenlerin hazırlanması ve yaygınlaştırılması ile Proje Yaygınlaştırma Planı ve önemli proje çıktılarının çevirisi gerçekleştirecektir. Hizmet alımı; dijital iletişim ve yaygınlaştırma faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesini, çevrim içi platformların teknik geliştirme ve bakımını, AB INTERREG NEXT Programı görünürlük, erişilebilirlik ve veri koruma gerekliliklerine uyumu, içerik üretimi ve yönetimini, medya koordinasyonunu ve proje faaliyetlerine ilişkin dokümantasyon çalışmalarını kapsamaktadır. Proje, AB INTERREG NEXT KARADENİZ HAVZASI PROGRAMI tarafından finanse edilmektedir.
