The IPA Institute contributes to developing urban studies specific to Istanbul in collaboration with its national and international researcher network. It brings experts together with young researchers and prepares solution reports for the urban agenda.

Researcher Network

The IPA Institute brings together academics and researchers who focus their studies on the city, especially on Istanbul and creates a wide collaboration environment with a special focus on research.

Young Researchers Support Program

Through summer and winter schools and research support, the program encourages young researchers to lead in the field of urban studies, increase their knowledge in collaboration with local governments, and conduct research together with local governments.

Urban Agenda Solution Reports

IPA conducts research on urban problems, organizes discussions bringing stakeholders together with an interdisciplinary approach, and reports the results.
