1.Contract Title; Kick Off Meeting Organisation, İstanbul, Türkiye

The kickoff meeting, will be organized by IPA in Istanbul that serves to formally launch the project, establish the management and decision-making structures and facilitate an initial exchange of ideas and plans among the project partners. This meeting is crucial for setting the activity plan and direction of the project and ensuring all partners are aligned with the project’s goals and operational strategies. The meeting will be hold on 16-17-18-September 2024. Accordingly, an organization service will be purchased to conduct the relevant meeting.

Başlangıç toplantısı; BSB00460 GREENCITIES projesini resmi olarak başlatmak, yönetim ve karar alma yapılarını oluşturmak ve proje ortakları arasında fikir ve deneyim alışverişini kolaylaştırmak için IPA tarafından İstanbul’da düzenlenecektir. Bu toplantı, projenin faaliyet planını ve yönünü belirlemek ve tüm ortaklar tarafından projenin hedefleri ve operasyonel stratejisi ile uyumlu olarak geliştirilmesi için hayati öneme sahiptir. Toplantı, 16-17-18 Eylül 2024 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilecektir. Buna uygun olarak, ilgili toplantının gerçekleştirilmesi için organizasyon hizmeti satın alınacaktır.
